Returns & Refund

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.


2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.


3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.


4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

 

Return & Refund Conditions

Remember, any items you return will be sold again, so we ask they are in top notch condition when we receive them.

  • You have 21 days to make any returns after you receive the items.
  • All merchandise must be return new, without any signs of use.
  • All refunds will be returned in the same form of payment the original purchase was made with. 
  • We don't reimburse shipping charges.
  • We have a 10% re-stocking fee charge for all items returned.

Return & Refund Steps On Yoyowa Outdoor: 

  • Contact us first when you want to return, exchange, refund.
  • Ensure that clothing is clean and tidy, and use the original packaging or strong packaging bag to package carefully.
  • Mail it to the address we provide to you.
  • Show us the tracking number, and the pics of the packed item
  • For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
  • We will give you a Return or Refund after we receive and confirm the item.
